Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Grand Nest Apartments. We are committed to providing every guest with a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay. By making a reservation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations & Payments

  • A reservation is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Guests choosing to pay a deposit must settle the remaining balance at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

  • Please note that a 50% deposit does not guarantee your reservation. Should another guest complete full payment for the same accommodation before your balance is settled, your provisional booking may be cancelled. In such cases, your deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Once full payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent containing your booking confirmation, check-in instructions, and all relevant property information.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in

  • Standard check-in: 15:30 – 18:00

  • Guests requiring an earlier or later check-in must request this in advance.

  • Special check-in arrangements are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Check-out

  • Standard check-out time is 10:00.

  • Late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Occupancy Policy

  • Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit which must not be exceeded.

  • Children from infancy up to 12 years of age are charged at the applicable children's rate.

  • Guests 13 years and older are regarded as adults and will be charged the applicable adult rate.

4. Parking

  • Every apartment includes one complimentary secure parking bay.

  • Additional parking, where available, must be arranged prior to arrival and may incur additional charges.

5. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments.

  • Guests may only smoke in the designated smoking areas, which are clearly indicated throughout the property.

  • Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges.

6. Privacy & Security

  • We highly value our guests' privacy.

  • Every apartment is equipped with a safe for storing valuables.

  • No member of staff will enter an occupied apartment without the guest's permission, except in cases of emergency, scheduled maintenance with prior notice, or where required by law.

7. Damage Deposit & Breakages

  • A refundable damage deposit may be required before check-in.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.

  • The damage deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, provided the apartment is inspected and no damages or missing items are identified.

  • Where damages exceed the value of the damage deposit, guests will remain liable for the outstanding costs.

8. Noise & Parties

  • The Grand Nest Apartments is committed to maintaining a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbouring residents.

  • Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.

  • Parties and events are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing.

  • Guests found hosting unauthorised parties may be required to pay an increased breakage or disturbance fee and may have their booking terminated without refund.

9. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat the apartment and its contents with care.

  • Respect other guests, neighbours, and estate rules.

  • Report any damages immediately.

  • Leave the apartment in a reasonable condition upon departure.

10. Liability

The Grand Nest Apartments shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

  • Injuries resulting from guests' negligence or misuse of the property.

  • Interruptions to services beyond our control, including power outages, internet interruptions, water supply issues, or other unforeseen events.

Guests are encouraged to make use of the in-room safe provided for valuable items.

11. Amendments & Cancellations

  • Any amendments to a reservation are subject to availability.

  • Cancellation policies may differ depending on the booking platform or promotional rate selected and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your reservation and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
