Your Responsibilities as the Property Owner

As the property owner, your main responsibilities are:

• Welcoming guests and handling check-ins.

• Assisting guests with check-outs.

• Ensuring the apartment is clean, maintained and guest-ready before every arrival.

• Ensuring the apartment remains in good condition and that essential amenities are available.

This means you can enjoy the benefits of holiday letting without having to manage the business side of your property.

Our Management Fee

We operate on a simple commission-based model.

15% Commission

The Grand Nest Apartments charges a 15% management commission on bookings generated through our holiday rental management service.

There are no complicated management packages. Our interests are aligned with yours — when your apartment performs well, we do too.

Our commission covers the management services we provide, including booking administration, guest communication, marketing and financial administration.

Cleaning, maintenance, repairs, consumables and other property-specific costs remain the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed.
